So Today I have a fun test shoot with overstock.com && so I wanted to explain in detail ALLLLLLL the prep work it takes to prepare to look my best and be on top of my game because when opportunity strikes I need to look & feel my best!!  So I'm more than Happy to share my Secrets to My Beauty Regimen =D

• GENES VITAMIN E CREAM.

•  DOVE'S MOISTURIZING BAR OF SOAP

I always wash my face at night with Dove's moisturizing bar of soap. 

Then I apply the Vitamin E cream before I go to bed!!

 I NEVER EVER EVER SLEEP with makeup on ESPECIALLY MASCARA . . . WHY?!?! 

Because the mascara makes yous eyelashes brittle and hard so if you sleep with it ON && sleep ON your FACE you could BREAK OFF your eyelashes and wake up with NONE!!!!! 

Ladies  let your skin breathe!!!! =)

Update on whats been going on these past few weeks. . .

IM SO EXCTIED FOR FALL!!!
Living with my parents is so much fun having the gang all together is such a BLAST this winter is going to be amazing! We went to the cabin for my mamas birthday! We all got a little crazy on the four-wheelers & relaxed watching movies and playing board games with everyone! It was the perfect homecoming!!

I am so happy I finally have a routine going for me balancing out working and exercising! I am a lot more productive & focused here in UTAH then when I was in CALI!! I had too much time on my hands . . .
(laying out at the beach)!!!!  I know it might sound a little crazy but the SUN JUST DRAINED EVERYTHING OUT OF ME i didnt want to do anything but eat chips & salsa & drink margaritas all day! Which is exactly what I did! =)

As for our little bet going on :

I'm HALF WAY there!! Almost to my 20 lb goal! && I still have exactly ONE MONTH to go TODAY!
I'm still pushing for  25 lbs!!! Wish me luck!! I will post before and after pics OCT. 20th!! =)

week #1 Results.

Its been exactly ONE week and  I've lost . . . 6LBS! 

It would be amazing if I could lose that much "every week" but I know that won't be the case! boo! Anyway I'm going to keep pushing myself and keep working hard! Til next weeks weigh in. . . =) Wish me luck!!
