I have 31 days left til the St. George Opener. . . volleyball tournament. My goal is to lose 10+ more lbs before we head to good ol St. George. So today at the gym I did some High Interval Intensity Training (HIIT) with my hubby. It involved:
50 jump ropes
15 lunges x 3
50 jump ropes
switch lunges x 3
50 jump ropes
In between sets I did some volleyball lateral movements (shuffling side to side) while working on passing and setting.
Im going to do HIIT every other day and in between I will either do Bikram Yoga or Arms and Cardio!! =)
Cant believe summer is almost here!!! I'm not panicking BUT I'm definitely in BEASTY mode!! No more playing around!!!
